Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days within the US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

For US orders: Standard shipping is free on orders $70 and up! Orders under $70 have a flat Standard shipping rate. Express shipping is available for $15. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via DHL Express and USPS based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 25 countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, and most of the EU (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Czechia, and Ireland).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via DHL Express and USPS. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting our account page if you created an account at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item in our store is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement — no return shipment needed. You can keep the defect or give it away!

Can I exchange for a different size?

Since all of our items are made-to-order, we're unable to offer exchanges for sizing or preference changes. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes, sizing up usually gives a more relaxed fit.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no return shipment needed. You can keep the defective item or give it away!

What if my package is lost?

Please allow 5 business days after the expected delivery date and check with your local post office before reaching out. Once a lost order is confirmed, we'll resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund. Contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Sizing & Fit

Do your shirts run true to size?

Our tees are unisex and run true to size with a comfortable, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes and prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Where can I find your size chart?

Every product page has a detailed size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. If you need help figuring out your size, reach out to us and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Will the shirts shrink after washing?

Our tees are pre-shrunk, so shrinkage should be minimal. To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend washing cold and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry.

What material are your shirts made of?

Our tees are made from premium heavyweight cotton for a quality feel that holds up wash after wash. Specific material details (fabric weight, blend info) are listed on each product page.

How are the designs printed?

We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, detailed designs that won't crack or peel. The ink is embedded into the fabric fibers for a soft feel — no stiff screen print vibes here.

How should I care for my shirt?

To keep your prints looking sharp: wash inside out on cold, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the design. Skip the bleach. Treat it right and it'll stay crispy.

Payments & General

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for fast checkout. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We move fast! If you need to cancel or modify your order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't been shipped yet, but once it's in transit, we're unable to make modifications.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply." Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Is my personal information safe?
