Refund policy

Because every item in our store is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind — so please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement — no return shipment needed. You can keep the defect or give it away!

For lost packages, please allow 5 business days after the expected delivery date and check with your local post office before reaching out. We'll resolve any confirmed lost orders promptly.
